- Question: My unlock key doesn't work any more!

- Question: I can't access the MusicBrainz online music database any more! Why?
Solution: Make sure you're using version 2.2.4f or later. If not, download and install the latest version from the download page.
- Question: I've paid with my credit card, but didn't get the unlock key immedeately. I've instead received an email where I'm told that I'm going to receive the
unlock key within 4 to 24 hours. Why?
Answer: The orders are processed by my reseller share-it. I have to use the share-it service because I (as the software developer) can't handle credit card payments on my own.
To avoid fraud, share-it has to check the credit card for validity before it places an order within the system. It seems that in some rare situations it's possible that the automated online
credit card check from share-it doesn't work and that the share-it stuff has to review your order manually. If this should happen, it can take several hours until your order can
be processed. You can contact share-it directly about the status of your order via their customer care center, which you find
here. You can also directly mail me at the given email address below, but please contact share-it first because they
handle the orders.
